Like all other subjects, Calculus has many resources students can use to get ahead. However, some resources are not reliable and require payment to use. Students should know what to use and not use.
Linear Algebra Solver
When students get stuck on a linear algebra problem, they will turn to solvers to help them. However, some of these "solvers" require paying or even paying for a subscription. Sometimes, these solvers do not provide steps nor the strategies used for the solution, so it is important for the students to find a reliable website and keep using it regularly. Once they do find a reliable solver, they should only use it if they are stuck, otherwise, they should solve the problem themselves.
Lecture Videos
Most top-level colleges record their lectures on video-sharing platforms like YouTube. Some videos are free for use, while others are for their respective colleges only. Students usually watch them to catch up on material or to write down information they might have missed. This is to ensure all students do not miss a class and get them back on track.
